These terms govern the use of usmantaxconsultants.com. They set out what this website is, what it is not, and the basis on which Usman Tax Consultants provides services to those who go on to engage the practice.

Who We Are

Usman Tax Consultants is a tax consultancy practice based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, providing tax registration, return filing and related compliance services. Contact details are given at the foot of every page and on the About page.

What This Website Is

It is a description of services and a plain-language explanation of the procedures involved in them.

Nothing on this site is advice on your particular circumstances. Tax outcomes depend on facts that a web page cannot know — what you earn, what you supply, how you are registered and what you have filed previously. Material here is written to be generally accurate at the date stated on each page and is not a substitute for advice on your own position.

No client relationship arises from reading this site, from sending an initial enquiry, or from a preliminary conversation about whether we can help. An engagement begins only when it has been agreed between us and the information needed to act has been provided.

Using the Site

  • You may read, print and share the material on this site for your own use
  • You may not republish it as your own, or reproduce it commercially, without permission
  • You may not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or its availability
  • Links to FBR, SECP, the Punjab Revenue Authority, the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Pakistan Software Export Board are provided for convenience; those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or availability

If You Engage Us

Two obligations run in opposite directions, and both matter.

Ours is to act with reasonable care and skill, to file within the applicable deadlines where we have what we need in time, and to tell you plainly where a matter falls outside what we handle.

Yours is to provide information that is complete and accurate. Returns and registrations are prepared from what the client supplies. We do not audit or independently verify the records given to us, and a filing based on incomplete or incorrect information is the responsibility of the person who supplied it.

Where a deadline is close and the information needed to meet it has not reached us in time, we will say so rather than file something inaccurate to meet a date.

Fees

Fees depend on the work involved and are agreed before that work begins. This site does not publish a price list, and nothing on it is an offer or a quotation. Government fees, duties and taxes payable to FBR, SECP, the Punjab Revenue Authority or any other authority are separate from our fees and are payable by the client.

Limits

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from any authority. Processing times, approvals, verifications and assessments are decisions of FBR, SECP, the Punjab Revenue Authority and other bodies, not of this practice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site, from delays or decisions of any authority, or from information that was incomplete or inaccurate when supplied to us.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Gujranwala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms as the practice or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected in the date below.
